RETURN COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Because the products offered by Naturally Granola are food items, we do not do returns. If however there seems to be a problem with the product, please do contact us, so that we can further assist you.

Never ship back a product without prior contact with the customer care team (who may provide return instructions).
In case of a product that is damaged or broken upon receipt, the Naturally Granola customer care team must be contacted by the buyer by email within 24 hours.

The buyer, for example, always has the possibility to see, to amend or to delete his/her personal data, by logging into his/her account on www.naturallygranola.com.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For orders shipped within the Netherlands, an expected shipping time of 1-3 working days applies. The expected delivery time is in working days, as mentioned in the advertisement of the product. Because the product is made per order, the product is fresh and therefore the delivery time can be less then 3 days but never more than 3 days.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the track and trace data. The expected delivery time, as shown in the advertisement, is mentioned in 'working days', which means that weekends and national holidays should not be taken into account.
