Ready for an awesome recipe? This recipe was created when Barbara from BeautyfulBalancedLife received a goodie bag with Naturally Granola in it! We love seeing how inspired our granola made her! So here is her recipe:




- Naturally Granola. You can use any variation you like, but Barbara used Signature granola.

- Coconut oil

- (plant based) Yoghurt

- Blueberries

- Arrowroot powder

- Fresh berries




For the crust: put granola with melted coconut oil in your food processor, and make sure that this is a smooth consistency. Put this crust in a cake form, and then place in your freezer to stiffen up a bit.


For the filling: put a few tablespoons of (plant based) yoghurt with blueberries and arrowroot powder in a pan, and heat this up on low heat. (this may not boil!!!) Spread the mixture on top of the crust, and place back in the fridge until ready to serve.


When ready to serve just add some fresh fruit and anything else you like for the finishing touch. Enjoy!
